Raytown State Rep. Leonard “Jonas” Hughes IV delinquent on taxes

Leonard “Jonas” Hughes IV, represents a small portion of Raytown and is running for mayor of Kansas City. The Kansas City Star reports that he still owes $1,282.89 in property taxes from 2005.
